Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and straightforward shipping options:
- $7.95 flat rate shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Harlo & co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Harlo & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or change the shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Harlo & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately cannot always be combined once they have been processed.
