Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Store Credit
Eligible returns will be issued as Harlo & Co store credit in the full purchase amount (excluding shipping). This allows you to choose something you love now or later.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfumes, or pet hair
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
Items marked Final Sale, bathing suits, body suits, intimates, accessories, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Harlo & Co is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
